End of the Year Prizes

Prestige Points are awarded at the end of each breeding season and are based on the number of performance points the breed wins that year. All breeds start out as "Unrecognized", and improve in rank as they gain prestige points. Prestige points degrade by one point at the end of each season. Once a breed has gained at least one prestige point it will never fall below one.

Prestige Points awarded per annual performance points

275+ performance: 10 prestige
250 to 274 performance: 8 prestige
225 to 249 performance: 5 prestige
200 to 224 performance: 4 prestige
175 to 199 performance: 3 prestige
150 to 174 performance: 2 prestige
125 to 149 performance: 1 prestige

Prestige Points needed for breed titles

200 prestige: Immortal Lineage and added to hall of fame
150 prestige: Legendary Lineage
100 prestige: Globally Renowned Breed
50: Internationally Respected Breed
10 prestige: Nationally Regarded Breed
2 prestige: Regionally Noted Breed
1 prestige: Locally Known Breed'

Gene Guide Update!

The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.

Our brand new gene guide can be found in the "Resources" section of the navigation, or by clicking underlined genes on the gene testing results. Right now only scientifically documented genes have been added but I look forward to adding all our other genes very soon.
