Brindle?
-
So lately i have seen alot of people breeding brindle foals. I look and a good majority of the foals have either one or both parents who are brindle. So my question is, how rare is it to breed a brindle?
-
Very rare. Some people breed and breed for years and not get a single brindle foal. Sometimes it just spontaneously shows up in non-brindle breedings.

Many of Ammit's latest Rank Special creations have been Brindle, and she gave a share of each of them to every player, so there has been an increase in Brindle foals lately, but Bandit is correct. Breeding for brindle is an exercise in frustration, usually.
I started playing HaJ1 in 2011 and this game in 2013. I have only ever bred 1 brindle foal, and he was gelded by Charlie. But oh, he was lovely! (Not that I've been trying to breed for you, mind you.)De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

It took me 8 months to breed my first brindle (he was gelded) and 5 months after that (this month) to breed my second. I have over 50 brindle mares that I breed to brindle stallions every season. And the funniest part is I dont think either of my brindle foals have two brindle parents. I think it gives you a slightly higher chance but I dont know for sure. Its just luck lol.
