Victory is a very pretty girl. She's also even bred and is consistant. You don't have a basic upgrade (that I can see) so you can't PT her but I'd guess she get a decent score.
Blue Spots is absolutely gorgeous but she tested inconsistant. That could be fixed with a GMT token but those are expensive. She is also uneven which decreases her value to a lot of players----
