Profit?
-
I've notice that on many horses there's a "Profit: ##(+/-/=)" on their profile and in the search. What does this mean? Is a positive number and a plus sign desirable? Why do some horses not have it? How do you raise it- if it's even changeable?
Examples! ^^
No profit listed:
Darcy Buckroanapp f3
Negative profit(but with a plus sign!):
RF3 Run for Trees
Positive profit:
LF3 Atomic Gesture
Would also like to mention none of these horses are mine, I found them using the horse search!Thanked by 1Riata -
Profit tracks how much you have spent entering a horse in shows and how much the horse has won back in Show payouts. So for example in a horse's lifetime if I have spent 2,000 entering shows and the horse has won back 1,700 the profit would show -300.
Profit is not such an important number in the game anymore. It used to be that you had to make all of your showing money from that profit margin. Now the system is changed to the daily show bonus based off of the points accumulated by all of your horses. So now the point of showing is to earn points, not necessarily to earn money from the show itself. A horse with negative profit can still have a lot of points that contribute substantially to your daily income and making them profitable to keep around.SALVISTAR PERFORMANCE HORSES
