Iso: Brindle straws/eggs
-
So I was browsing through all the breeders clubs today and noticed that the brindles could use a bit of support.
I thought I'd try starting line if I can get hold of either horses to buy or eggs and straws to buy. Ive only been playing for a short time and therefore have a very small group of RS horses but none are brindle.
I prefer 1. Candy Appleloosa ( of course), 2 Yule Log, 3. Brindle Breakout but will consider others if none of the above are available. Foundation horses/eggs/straws only.
I may also consider trading foundation homo snowflake egg/straw combos for egg/straw bridle foundie combos from the 3 RS types listed above. I would prefer warmbloods if at all possible
Just seeing whats available out there. Feel free to message me if you prefer instead of posting. Ty muchly ;;)Champion Appaloosas -
I have a Yule Log stud I could sell you straws from. He produced a Brindle filly this season she's Blue papered 10.9 and consistent.

Here's all of my guys! I would be willing to sell the China stud if you are looking to buy any brindles (I am hoping to buy another candy appaloosa)
500apiece for straws, and 10 for live cover. I hope to get a premium account soon so I can start collecting eggs too.
I would be interested in snowflake straws, I have 1 mare, and don't really know what to breed her to.Breeder of any and all crazy colored drafts and RH horses.Thanked by 1WindspunFarms -
Just as a heads up, it is extremely hard to breed for brindles which is why the club looks so sad. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but breeding brindles together will not guarantee you a brindle foal nor will it increase your chances of getting a brindle foal. Brindle is a mutation and not a gene so it can't be passed on like DP.

Yep, you're right Brindle is extremely hard to breed. I have 5 brindle stallions that I breed to all of my create mares, for about 4 seasons now, and they normally max out on breedings. And about 10 brindle mares I breed to my brindle stallions. So far only 1 brindle. And her testing was horrific.Breeder of any and all crazy colored drafts and RH horses.Thanked by 1WindspunFarms

I do think that for the game's sake having brindle parents increases the chances but very very slightly.Thanked by 1ConfluenceFarms

I'm fully aware that its extremely hard to get Brindles but my stud seems to be doing alright at the moment and it can't hurt to try I've only tried him twice to my brindle mares and he gave me a brindle filly this year that turned out wonderful she is his first and they are extremely hard to get but I think its good to try.

Ty for all the info guys..its greatly appreciated..I guess I lucked out when I bred this little darling. At least I now know how challenging it can be to breed for brindles..I'll just dabble with it a bit then.
@wolfgang pride and @hunterundersaddlegirl..I'll message you both!
