Well this months goal was to save up for some GMT's but I"m not doing so good at that. I keep splurging. I bought a couple of show horses, kept a few too many stud colts, and a bunch of fillies. I think I'm up to 60-70 keeper foals? Which meant I had to buy another barn. Then I kept some awesome foundation mares and had to have places for those show horses which meant yet another barn... On the upside my showing bonus is now up over 7,000 bad thing is 1/3 of my herd with all of the points are over 17yrs so that's going to take a hit thus me buying slightly younger show horses but they dont even come close to the 13,000- 14,000 pts I"d lose if all of the seniors passed at roll over. I have a few over 17 yrs. I just hope they keep on keeping on. Maybe the highest pointers will make a run for the oldest horses in the game, thus sticking around a few more months.

I'm resisting the urge to get yet another barn. I got super super excited over these two mares this morning. I can't believe they both passed testing! This is my favorite regular create. I surely didnt need any more Frame in the herd but these girls are both so spectacular.

Good luck with your saving efforts. Perhaps you might just toss some ordinary, non-spectacular mares into your pasture and breed foals to toss into the auction, or leave them there until the 28th, when you will at least get 1k each without effort. It sounds cold-blooded, I know, but if you keep in mind that they are only pixel ponies, not real horses, it helps.

In the meantime, I'd be glad to sell you this 12 year old gelding with over 1000 points. He's currently showing near the top of 7 World.

Thanks thats awesome and he's my favorite color! I for sure need more show horses that are younger. You'll be proud I went through all the herds and sent a few colts to auction and trimmed up the foundation mares a tad. :)

I for sure need to stay away from the herd helper forum and just get random creates. Which are usually drab chestnuts. At least I wouldnt be tempted to keep them. :)
