For KP, perhaps a kitchen sink with soap suds billowing at the top? After the military use of the abbreviation for Kitchen Patrol? It probably would have to go in a corner, rather than on the horse, but it tickles my pun-loving sense of humor. :D

For the silver buckskins, you might consider a silver spoon, a silver chalice, an ingot of silver.

It looks like a milk carton to me. Or an eyeball with KP tattooed into the iris. Or a chimney. Or a bottle of peroxide. I was cleaning my kitchen today and use peroxide among other things.

For the silver buckskins you could do a silver deer. Or a silver drum keeping to the beat theme.

I would never have guessed. When I was helping out in the milk house on my uncle's farm during the summer, we used smaller, flat topped milk cans and stuck them into a cold water bath fed from a spring.

Now I've really dated myself. :D

When I was growing up I always preferred the raw milk I drank on my uncle's farm. It always took a while to get used to the taste of pasteurized and homogenized milk when I got back to the city. I understand why it has to be done in general, but the governmental conniption fits over safely produced and properly stored raw milk gets rather extreme.

My third brother would not have survived without goat's milk straight from a farm, since he was allergic to cow's milk. My most enduring memory of Hurricane Hazel (way back in the mid 1950's) is that my parents had to drive out in the storm to get him more milk.
