My milestone filly is only 2 and I got to thinking "why not GMT her?"

Currently she's a w3 chocolate palomino pearl sabino splash.

The first thing is remove is the cream to get a liver pearl. Then I think maybe add another pearl and maybe 2 copies of pangere, I love livers with pangere.

In order to do that would I need to first remove a gene then add another or do I pay once and simply switch the gene.
What do you guys think if the new color line up?

The only way to get the pearl to show up on a liver would be to make the horse homozygous pearl :)

Homozygous Pearl and liver:

Heterozygous pearl and liver:

When GMTing a lined horse you can only change the genes to genes that the parents have and are a possible combination from the parents. So on your Pearl/cream thought you could only change the foal to homozygous Pearl or homozygous cream. Because neither parent has the plain C gene you won't be able to change the CCr to C. I personally would pick to change it to homozygous Pearl.

Now I don't see Pangere (P) on either parent so you wouldn't be able to add Pangere to this foal unfortunately. Instead maybe consider changing one of her Ssty to Sty+? I love Sty+.

I agree with Salvistar on that S+ opinion. You can just see her dapples now, but with that gene they'd be overcharged! It interacts very well with dp. This is Cheers S+ meteor baby. Mine has too much white and covers most of it, which is why I'm showing hers:

Both of her parents are het pangere. I also wasn't sure how changing the cream would go. I really wa t the cream gone so I'd be willing to switch it to homozygous pearl. I can afford the 2 tokens for the pearl and the one token for the pangere (is it possible for her to be hom P if her parents are both het?) I wish I could do a copy of S+ but I don't have enough for 20 tokens. Which really sucks because I'll never have another filly quite like this girl
At the moment I have 1,180,000 has so she'll be a minor project

It's only one token to GMT missed genes! No matter the gene :D

Anything on a lined foal only costs 1GMT per allele except a sex change, which still costs 2.

Oh, you're right, I was looking in the wrong place and didn't see the Pp on the parents. I must be looney.

I wonder if Pangere would show up well on a homozygous Pearl. Because both parents have a P you could change her to PP. Like Cheers said lined foals are way cheaper to GMT so you'd need 1 GMT per change. So Ccr to Cprl, two ps to Ps, and one Ssty to S+ would only cost 4 GMTs. Way more affordable.

I don't know if the Pangere would get you much change in how she looks when homozygous Pearl. Homozygous cream doesn't really show Pangere either I think. So personally if she were mine I'd just add the Sty+ and the Pearl.

Oh in that case she will definitally get S+!

I will leave the pangere now. Might add it later simply to have it pass to her foals but that's not on the top of the list. I'm going to GTM her now so keep an eye out for the new look!

Congratulations! She looks so pretty! She should throw some gorgeous foals for you. :) Did a bit of work on my girl too. The sooty plus really helps make these meteoric foals pop.
