Buying N Selling Barns

Hey there, i was looking to find out of players can buy/ sell pastures or barns from one another? I see you can sell barns in the upgrade with hbs, but not pastures.

Pastures can only be bought with real money from the upgrade. They do go onto sale every so often though.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
Prices are almost always negotiable. -
I was hoping that wasn't the case, I keep checking to see if the sale went up again. No luck yet. Thanks much!
