Hello people

I've just collected eggs from this lovely lady

Senlac Golden Aura

Testing Score: *Gold papered
Performance Test Grade: 11.2
Consistency: Consistent

And I have decided that I would give one away.

There are no right or wrong answers! I shall assign every respndant a number (post 1 will be 1, post 2 will be 2 etc) and I shall use one of those random number picker things online. The questions are here just to make sure you're awake!

1) What is your favourite horse film?
2) What is your favourite horse book?
3) What is your favourite breed of horse or pony (in real life) ?

I shall pick the winner at 6pm in game time on Saturday.

This is the best horse that I've bred so far. This is my way of giving back to such a lovely, helpful community.

Secretariat would have to be one of my most favourite horse movies. Though can never go wrong with spirit. :P

I hardly read books anymore but when I was younger I loved the Horse Mad series by Kathy Helidonioris. I only own the first 3 but want to get the rest.
There is another set of books.(Different covers) and I plan to get those as well.

Recently I've fallen in love with Mini Gypsy Horses, They are usually crossed with a smaller breed and tend to be around 10-12HH

Favorite movie: Spirit. It was the movie I watched when I was 2 years old that made me fall in love with horses.

Favorite book: Black Beauty. It is so beautifully written and it was the first book written about the welfare of animals.

Favorite breed: American Paint Horse. They have such fun color, great minds, and are so versatile. Mine is a barrel racer turned hunter jumper!

Favorite movie : Spirit. Always makes me cry when he releases Spirit back into the open field. Really sends the message of when you love something let it go free.

Favorite book : Seabiscuit. Love his story

Favorite breed : Shires and Clydesdales. Love how big they are and their beautiful feathering

Favorite film: Hidalgo. I like to root for the underdog (also the horses are gorgeous, especially that black stud)
Favorite book: Black Beauty.
Favorite breed: Arabians. I love their feisty but lovable personalities and they are simply beautiful horses. And they can go forever.

Favorite movie: probably Black Beauty. I have a black horse, so maybe that's why :))
Favorite book: I had a book when I was younger called Misty of Chincoteague and it was about the Chincoteague pony round up. I'm pretty sure it's a kids book though, lol
Favorite breed: I think Appaloosas are gorgeous, but I also love quarter horses!

Favorite Horse Movie: Hidalgo because the story is based on a real story, the horse is stunning! I love chestnut overos, and hello Viggo Mortensen!

Favorite Horse Book: there was a kid book series called billy and blaze from the 50s?? It was awesome. Also I loved the PonyPals growing up!

Favorite Breed: Appaloosa's, Paints and Coloured Warmbloods! Anything with colour honestly lol

Favourte horse movie : Phar lap. I jusy love the dedication of the trainer and the spirit of the the horse to become champions together. He seen something in Phar-lap and even though everyone told him phar lap wad a did he seen something and didnt give up.

Favourite horse book: i can remember the name but it's sorta horsey? Tge story of Beverley buckingham.. she was a great jockey and tells how it was ship hard to breakthrough when peopl thought there was no place for female jockeys. Then she had a bad race fall ams just tells of her determination.

Favorite breed: definitely Clydesdales

2) What is your favourite horse book? - The Black Stallion and the variations on these books. I read them non-stop when I was young.

2) What is your favourite horse book? Horse Tales From Heaven I literally cried reading that book its so good!
3) What is your favourite breed of horse or pony (in real life)? APHA/AQHA (American Paint or American Quarter Horse)

1) What is your favourite horse film? I really love Black Beauty, but it makes me cry every time! So my favorite that doesn't make me cry is an older film called Blue Fire Lady. I used to watch it as a kid, and the main horse in it is a chestnut Thoroughbred mare (which was my favorite as a kid) and is about how this young woman is trying to have a life with horses (even though her father doesn't approve), so she starts working as a stablehand at a racing barn, where she's getting all sorts of flack from all the male stablehands of course. Blue Fire Lady is a racehorse who is super feisty and sensitive, so the young woman is the only one who can work with her. And I won't spoil the rest. :)

2) What is your favourite horse book? The 80 Dollar Champion. I love underdog stories, and it was really just an incredible book.

3) What is your favourite breed of horse or pony (in real life) ? Warmbloods for sure! I love all of them, but currently own a Brandenburg mare so I guess I have to say that one is my favorite. ;)
