Well, if it was just stalls I've only earned 3 and my grade is 6.. hmm.. anyone else know for sure? I'm sure someone knows fo shizzle.. :P

The counter records the number of horses you have bred or created. When it reaches 200, you get an extra stall in your primary barn. The member grade goes up 1 with ever 100 horses you create or breed, so your member grade will always be twice as large as the number of extra stalls. Once the counter reaches 200, your primary barn adds an extra stall and the counts starts over again.

When you sell horses back to the game (and maybe put them in the public auction, though I'm not sure about that) you lose that many points from the record.

example:
My Member Grade is 60 in this game, I have 30 extra stalls in my primary barn. I currently need to breed or create 167 more horses to earn my 31st extra stall.

My Member Grade in HaJ1 is 83. I have 41 extra stalls in my primary barn, and I need to breed or create 193 more horses to add another stall.
