Foal cant be removed from auction?

i have this colt here who i placed in the auction however someone asked me to remove him so they could purchase the horse, i removed him from the auction and it says i have as i can enter him back in to the auction however on his personal page it says he is still up for auction and when his name is searched and you press the 'for auction' button he shows up. tried refreshing and logging out but it hasnt seemed to work. is he still entered in the auction or has he been removed and the game just hasnt processed it? -
nevermind he has been removed now :) game must have just been a bit behind :)

He is in the auction. You can't remove them once it has started.

@Ammit i did check that however it said the auction started at 6am game time and when i tried to remove him it was about 5:15/30 am game time, the others i removed seem to have been removed from the auction. maybe i just pulled him too late?
