Keep getting charged teice

I keep getting charged double every month... I don’t want to deactivate my stables but I’m getting frustrated that I have no way to contact anyone to either get three months free or the three months credited back into my account... please if anyone know how to fix this!!! I love the game and hate to leave but I’m getting frustrated

It's because you created two subscriptions. You will need to go in and cancel one. Instructions in the link.
