I don't know if it's true or not but I had a vet tell me the mare decides the size of the foal. I'm sure the stallion has some input but the size of the mare I think would be more important. That's why you can end up with mules the size of drafts or normal size. It all depends on mom. I wonder if that's true in game or not?
