GMT Snowflake?

Can snowflake be gmt'd onto a foundation? I know it's a naturally occurring gene, so I don't see why it wouldn't be, but I can't find it on the Gene Mod page?

It's a funny gene, because yes it naturally occurs, but it's only available in the GM page if Ammit feels like it during an event. :) Maybe now we'll get snow in June?
