Does anyone have any pointers on how to achieve 10k points without breaking the bank? I don't really want to sell my breeding stock and I can't afford to do alot of horse creates since most of my money has gone to tattoos/removels and straws.

Just have to build up your stable. No rush to get it right away. Some of them are designed to take time. :)
You should probably concentrate on show horses not expensive things like tattoos and breeding.
