This Face Marking. Wow, Love It. Also, Question.

Okay, so, I was able to create this girl, and I love her face marking... Plus, she's really dark... Here's my question(s)... I'm very new to the liver thing... Is that something you can GMT a horse to be, or is that just luck with a hidden gene? Also, if it was able to be GMT'd onto her, would she keep the neat face marking? Or could she possibly lose it with the "color change"?

Liver can be GMT'ed onto a horse. It requires 3 out of the 4 possible copies of darkening genes (2 sooty, 2 DP). Since she has two copies of sooty, she would need one copy of DP to turn liver. DP is in the GMT lab, at the cost of 10 tokens. As for the mark changing, I do not know. I have the markings both change and stay the same when doing gmt work, so I am no help there.
Here is a link to the Ninja Liver Chart. It is very helpful in learning about and IDing livers.

@RipshinCreekFarm
Ah! Thank you! That makes sense! I do remember hearing/reading that they 3 of 4 darken genes, but I totally forgot. Lol. I'm not all here today.
It's alright about the mark. Lol. The only GMTing I've ever done was to purposely change markings/patterns. Lol. One horse to make the appy part bigger, another horse to make a regular blue roan appy into a blue roan tobiano appy. So, I was just curious. Lol. But thanks! She originally had white legs to her knees and a small white face marking, but I rerolled her image to see if the white would get bigger, and she became solid (zero white), so I rerolled her image again, and that face marking popped up, and I loved it, so I kept it. Lol
Also, thank you for the chart! I forgot that even existed!Love,
