PayPal issues...

My bank went from MasterCard to visa and my PayPal payment didnt come out. I removed the old card and linked the new card but how long til it trys again for the payment? Do I need to do it manually with the new card?

Paypal might tell you somewhere when it will try again (it did for me when I switched cards) but if not, it’ll probably just be a couple days. I think it was three days for mine.ISO any and all Silver Pocket Watches!
