Zoolander aka Blue Steel

My new project is breeding for Silver Blue Pearl. I really wish I could put sooty plus on him, but I doubtfully will wait until those 20 gmt's are saved up before I just decide to turn him loose to breed....part of the fun is the process! Cool side note...as soon as I got the inspiration to start the line, he was the very first horse I created with a Silver Black herd helper and he came out a Silver Blue Roan and passed sba--what are the odds of that?! He is my first big gmt project (up until now I have only tinkered with white factors and a few sex changes lol). He is hom silver, hom pearl, hom roan and hom sooty:

He is stunning! That’s a beautiful look.

He's gorgeous. I hope S+ comes out again too. I'd love to add it to a few of my mares in waiting. I think it's one of my favorite genes.

@Maribo I know. I have a hom S+ stud. But she offered it a long time ago for sale, and I wasn't sure with the new gene sales if she would offer it again for sale. You never know. Just like with snowflake, it's been in the GMT lab and offered for sale. One can always wish. :)

If I have any S+ horses that might be useful, I can pull eggs or straws next season for cost. I know I have some black S+ somewhere, probably 3 or 4 generation.#28036
