I have to say that I was pretty pleased with my first crop of Nexus foals, even though all 3 of my stallions are hetro, I got 54 out of a 100 foals with Nexus. Not bad turnout at all since all my mares are non-Nexus. I included a link if you would like to see them

I cannot wait until next breeding season. My Nexus stallion will finally be old enough! I also have a mare that will be of age next month by Cheers' boy :) Super excited.

My gen 2s come of age next season too! Or at least, the first colt and first few fillies do. I'm super excited!!!

Ohhhh, ice... why haven't I thought of mixing that into my nexus line? Would like to see them when they're mature. :)

It really wasn't planned for the ice, it was more the fact the mares were 2nd generation lol

I am looking forward to see what they look like in a couple of seasons, it will be fun pairing them up

Now comes the tough decision about all the extra 2G stallions that I have that came out of the pastures. A couple of my boys outdid themselves and gave me A papered colts and I have a bumper crop of B papered colts. I don't have the funds to comparison test them so I guess I will pick out my favorites and geld the rest of them. Did any of the rest of the nexus breeders have this problem?

My Nexus foundation gave me 30 or 35 colts from a pasture of 50 this season. The filly fairy hates me!

I got almost an even split, but some of these guys are so cute, I hate to geld them lol
