Snagged the handsome Tobi-Rabi boy :)

Hey Cheers,
Let me know if you have any brown 2nd gens that compare AGA Lambrusco that you might be willing to part with. I lost Mystery Doodles, my Benchmark 2nd gen stallion last night, that compared AGA to the same horses I bough,t that had compared AGA Lambrusco. He was also the start of my brown line. I am looking to replace him with another 2nd gen brown, not homozygous, or even a brown foundation, not GP. I have a Perfect Foundation, brown, GP. I used him in a pasture last season, unimpressive results. I am going to keep him in my GP line, with selected non GP mares this season. The darker brown the better, Doodles was a really dark brown. Hey Paints! I'm so sorry!

I have had trouble getting really good brown colts out of my brown pasture. I always get 4 or 5 that pass my benchmark but they are usually bays or blacks instead of the brown babies!!! And for a couple of years there I also culled any Wish colts that didn't get Sooty+ and satin, even if they compared well...

I do have this boy from Feb. He was the best colt from that pasture and compares AGA Lambrusco Star. He's from my Yule Log stallion.

As you can see, he's het for black, homo for brown and plain sooty, and got his dad's tobi and rabi. I love how flashy he is, but I understand if you are hoping for something a bit plainer!

I will be happy to make Wish or Yule Be A Winner straws available to you or to give you first choice of any brown colts this season.
