Ok so I bred two of my mares and they both produced foals with Dominate white? Sadly, both foals died, what does Dominate white mean and why did it happen :(
-
Mystic if you can link the mares and stallions used, we can help you out.

Just a guess, but the mares and stallion could have had white genes that ended up in a lethal combination. White and sabino can be like frame in that certain combinations give you a certain percentage of a dominant white dead foal. There is chart on Facebook that shows probability. I have done it myself, both in not knowing the genes of a horse or just forgetting which combos could be lethal. Ammit had posted a discussion about lethal Kits combinations changing while changing to the new system.
Chart from Facebook:

Hey Mystic! Your stallion is a Frame (Olw) carrier. 2 copies of Frame is always lethal, so your mare may be a carrier as well. The only way to tell is to color test her, though you can often pick out Frame with other patterns because it gives a distinctive "edge" to markings.
Frame is called Olw because it stand for Overo Lethal White. It is a real gene in horses and many many many paint horse breeders have suffered heartbreak when their foals have died a few hours after birth due to having 2 copies of this gene. It causes the digestive tract to form improperly and they die from painful colic, so when the syndrome is recognized at birth the foals are usually euthanized.
