Hello everyone~!

I have just joined earlier today (in game time) and would like to formally introduce myself. I am ObsidianKitsune, though feel free to call me any number of combinations of that name. I am horse crazy but however have never owned a horse, but hope to change that within the next 20 years (people say set realistic goals...). I live in NZ and am a uni student studying in the sciences, and own a DSH cat that I named after the German philosopher Nietzsche because it's fun hearing people try to speak/spell the name on their first go.

My plan is to breed heavy horses, hopefully with interesting colours and good show ability. It'll take me a little while to learn what all of the symbols represent in terms to colour, but at least I know not to breed frame to frame and to always test your herd.

Welcome to the game! I giggled at your "realistic goal"

Ask questions if you need to! We're a pretty friendly group of people so if you need help just ask for it!
The game can be a bit complicated and intimidating in the beginning but after you get passed that part...pretty addicting lol.

Hello and welcome to tje exciting game of genetics. I was a bit overwhelmed when I first got started but it is a lot of fun to play. Like Moon said we are all pretty friwndly and love to help.

Your first thing that you might want to do is build up a show herd for this will be your backbone to your game.

Hilo and Sandycreekfarms are to members that I know have adoptable horses for new players.

Also you can get perfect foundation horses from owner 13. Just go to your horse search and in the owner box put 13 and click search horses. These horses might be pretty plain but are a good start for a breeding line. They are also good showers

It sounds like you have had a chance to look around and, as mentioned before, I recommend looking through the forum to answer any questions or pose questions yourself. Hunt and Jump is a lot of fun with the ability to play easy or make things difficult.

I can't wait to see your heavy horses around. :)

I have read the FAQ so I kind of know what to do, but I'm in no rush to go anywhere fast. I have already asked a question in the help section so I know well how friendly anyone is to questions that may seem a bit obvious to them.

Thank you for those suggestions best friend, I'll go check them out!

And hopefully by the time my drafties get good, I'll be able to brand them and show my pride to the entire website.
