Make offer tab?
-
I understand that people put there horses up for sale for a price that they like. Maybe the horse that is up for sale is one or more of there favorites and is just giving someone a chance at there golden horse. Instead of the vote tab there should be a make owner a offer tab. What do you think, well maybe there will be one day.

Yeah. That would be cool.Owner Of Bellwether Farm
Sport pony breeding farm focused on breeding, selling and showing quality ponies. Specializing in breeding brown, DP, dun, sooty+, & W8. -
I like it.It would certainly help the newer crowd with pricing issues.
-
I think that would be nice, it is hard to know how to price horses other than simply by what our favorites are as new players. Plus I think most would be willing to negotiate prices too and that would be easier than trying to arrange times to be on to finish a deal through pm if we don't have buddy chats....hope that made sense
-
I don't think I would want all my offers seen by the general public, though. You can always PM the owner and make an offer. I do it all the time.
I think the Vote button is essential. It is how we, as players, regulate the HJ2 economy, and it should serve as an educational tool for newer players, not as a criticism.

I don't think the offers should be public, simply sent to seller and if they accept it automatically sells the horse for that price to the buyer...same concept as sending straw offers?Thanked by 1ConfluenceFarms

This would be interesting. The owners of horses they want to sell but don't know what to set them at could "put horse on offer" and maybe set a general price range. Other stables making offers could see the general price range answer choose to offer above below or at that level or to offer something completely different----

Friesianpaints that is exactly what I'm saying. Thanks

Ammit did say something about restarting the Weekend Wishes on the Official Facebook page (not the Official Discussion Group) at some point. This might be something to suggest there.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
