  • So i recently started a thread about skyrim that suddenly changed to the topic of dogs.

This is Luna (aka Loony) my 11month old Greyhound, she is the biggest cuddle monster ever. I can't recommend greyhounds as a companion enough, lazy, low maintenance cuddle machines is the simple way to describe the breed.

This is Odie my hunting poodle, hes 4yr old and an absolute menace. Poodles may be stereotyped as prissy and stuck up dogs but Odie definitely isn't, hes up for a play fight, demands head rubs and will ignore you when you try to tell him off. He loves trampolines, running, rough play and protecting my younger brother from me tickling him.

I'm trying and having fun doing it.
  • Awww they are adorable!

  • These are my boys. I lost the Tervuren (Trevor - the big dog) almost 2 years ago, but still have the corgi (Billy), the dachshund (Max), and the cats (Cody and Alex). I show in obedience. Billy has titles in obedience and conformation, Trevor had obedience titles, and Max has titles in loving everything and everybody (he was a rescue). Cody (orange) thinks he is a dog, Alex (gray) is DEFINITELY a cat.

  • Beautiful dogs! I have 3 Jack Russell Terriers. The boy (Tucker) is going to be 15 years old this year (in August). Then the other two (Pepper and Kyra), who are his daughters, will be 12 and 13. We put their momma (Abby) down on new years eve 2 years ago because she had a ruptured tumor that was cancerous on her spleen. My sister has a mini Aussie named Lacey and my brother has a White Lab/Beagle mix named Nike. And the newest addition, my parents' Brittany/German Shepherd/Husky mix, Sophie. She's absolutely crazy... Along with the dogs, I have 11 rabbits and 2 goats (Blizzard is a Pygmy and Storm is her baby, a Pygmy/Nubian cross). I am trying to sell out a bunch of my rabbits so I can focus solely on my mini lops.

Wow... doing this I realized that I don't take a lot of pictures of my Jack Russells... The only pictures of Pepper and Tucker I could find are really old pictures o_o I have more recent ones of Kyra since she's my baby girl but I chose an older one because she has glaucoma now and her left eye bulges out of her head so I chose a picture from before that...

  • I have a 6 year old Lab x GSD x Newfie named Remy at the moment. Had to euthanize my 11 year old Goldendoodle named Roxy about 3 weeks ago due to very aggressive stomach cancer. I also have 2 11 year old cats, Spork and Davey. Davey is just a fat, silly boy, and Spork is the opposite; completely serious all the time. Poor Sporky is now diabetic with chronic pancreatitis, and probably has acromegaly. Davey is just... Davey.

I also work at a dog daycare/boarding facility and like to tell myself that those are all my dogs, haha. So, I guess I have about 50 :D.
  • @ConfluenceFarms He's doing so much better! He no longer has to be hand fed and he should be off his antibiotics and all meds by now. He's still living inside for now (my mom put his cage in the spare bedroom in the basement so he's living it up right now). I will get to go home and see him in a couple weeks :) I'm thinking of retiring him from breeding and showing and making him strictly a house pet. He's only 3 and he's been through so much, poor guy. But I'm glad he pulled through :D
  • Such lovely aminals everyone. Odie as a pup used to lead my old tb James Bay aka JD (hence username) in from the field. JD had to be put down in January 2016. I was lucky that my cousin owned his relation (I think cousin ironically enough) North so I now share him.

Does anyone else hold their dogs lead like this? It feels wrong for me to hold it any other way.
