Check out owner 13. They have only Perfect Foundations in stock, so their altered horses should make good showers and the intacts good breeders. Lacking in colour sometimes, but they're good quality.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
Prices are almost always negotiable.Thanked by 1wendolyne -
Rank Specials are good quality foundations and are either perfect foundation quality, exceptional producers, or exceptionally perfect. However, Rank Specials are generally pretty expensive and purchasing a bunch of them won't be the best choice for a new player. You're better off spending that money on show horses because a large herd of show horses is the best way to support yourself in this game and pay for all the breeding you want to do. I second Foundation Rescue, that's a great place to start looking for breeding horses when you're a new player. They all have perfect breeding and showing ability so they can give you foals and earn you money from showing.Thanked by 1wendolyne

what do i look under for this foundation? :-?
-
could you tell me who owner 13 is or how tho find them? 8-}
-
I don't think you can adopt from Foundation Rescue if you're older than a month? I missed out too :(
-
Most of their horses are up for sale all the time
-
Owner 13 is the foundation rescue. "They" purchase all perfect foundation horses and 're sell them for players that need help getting a solid herd started.
Most horses sold by owner 13 aren't very flashy but they have the higher breeding and OR scores a foundation horse can receive (with the exception of the special HH)

This link will take you to the horse search of all horses currently owned by #13. You can search for them again by yourself by going to "community" -> "horse search" -> scroll down and find the "owner ID" box and simply put the number 13 in.
If you need any more tips just ask away :)----
Barn ID 4953 -
Owner 13 is the ID number of the Foundation Rescue. It culls all Perfect Foundations from the auction and they can be purchased by any players.
A Perfect Foundation will have 100% breeding ability (High C papered stallions and High Yellow papered mares), 100% showing ability (9.9 PT), and perfect consistency (will have exactly the same score in shows both times in a week).
Some, but not all Perfect Foundations will have that tattoo, having been made using a Perfect Foundation Herd Helper. Others randomly hit that mark by luck.
ColorGood beat me to it. :D
@BreezyCreek, its the AvailabletoAdopt stable's horses that have that time limit set. I've been playing this game since 2011 and just purchased a mare from the Foundation Rescue so I could double check what paper level they were getting now.De gustibus non disputandum. Community - Search Horses - Owner ID "13" then search. If you want only intacts, unclick gelding and spayed mares. Your account doesn't have to be a certain age, but sometimes all of their horses are gone. Here's the search:

A REMINDER: Horses have a chance to age out of the game after they turn 17. Stallions can breed once they are 3 years old, and mares 4 years of age. For a good show horse, you'll want all time points, so maybe look at younger horses. This search shows all of the horses.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
