Silver Perlino!?
-
I’ve been breeding my silver Buckskin herd and I’ve gotten a bunch of Buckskin foals and a bunch of other color foals besides silver buckskin(majority were silver Buckskin just for clarification) and I came across these two silver perlinos.
— I also realized that I posted this on the wrong account—

Silver perlinos are just silver bay with 2 cream alleles. If you're breeding Cream to cream (Buckskin to Buckskin) you'll get the occasional perlino or smokey creme or cremello.Thanked by 1StarfireAcres

Thanks cheers!

(Technically if you're breeding buckskin to Buckskin theres a 1/4 chance of a double cream, a 1/4 chance of no cream and a 1/4 chance of a het cream. Whether they'll be Bay, black or red depends on the rest of the genetics but that's where you're getting your homozygous creams!)Thanked by 1StarfireAcres
