When you are creating new foundations, you have the option of rerolling the 'herd helper', this is half price off (so now only 5,000hbs). The more you roll, the better chance of getting a higher herd helper (which will now be twice as quick to get desirable higher herd helpers such as exceptionals, rank specials).
