Selling Tattoos

I'm trying to sell a tattoo to @/EasternShowBarn, I don't see where it is(to sell the tattoo).
How do I sell her the tattoo?

My tattoo registry only shows the option to sell the tattoo on tattoos that are not placed on a horse so maybe try removing it from any horses then look at your tattoo registry again?

I noticed I couldn't either, but i got a new slot and can sell?
