Ok I didn't know that's what the ranks ment I thought they where how good of a horse they make was going to be.

Nope. The only ones that state how good a horse is says so in the name (eg Great show horses always have good pt for foundations, Perfect Foundations have 100% breed ability and 9.9pt.
