I have seen a horse that had "Tail with Tapered End" in their tack. What's that? How does it look and why it isn't currently available in tack shop?

I put a pinwheel braided tail on my KP mare and she has the same tail. Idk why

I thought that it's an old type of tail, but you made me confused. Maybe it's only an old name for this tail? O.o
