It is possible for 3g blue from normal lines, its easier from boosted/ex pro lines.

How I organize mine is:
G1: Yellow/Red C/B
G2 Red/Blue B/A
G3: Red/Blue A
G4+: Im not up that high with mine but by 5th gen I would love to get some Gold and Star papered.

I try to make sure my studs have a higher paper level than their sire. My colts all go through sba. I even had a B papered colt from a C guy snipped( idk why) but I try to keep my herd at the best possibly ability :)
