Ok, I can't seem to find an actual answer to this, so I'm wondering why a horse wouldn't be able to be nominated in the private auction.. I wondered if specific closed genes would be a reason, but this horse does not have any special genes, so why can't I enter him in the private auction?

Private auction runs Sunday I think. I don’t know when it re-opens for new entries. I would try again tomorrow.

Also you will need to remove those rules if you are going to sell him publicly. You can't place sales rules on a public sale. They only cause drama so we don't allow them. :)
