Private Sales on the public sales boards

I've noticed several horses for sale on the public sales boards that are named For ______ Only, in the past couple of months. Just a friendly reminder that those type of sales are not allowed.
Section 4 on the rules page says, in the second bullet point: When you place a horse for public sale you place it for sale to every one. You may not reserve a public sale for a certain person. Only buddy list sales can be reserved.

I will bump this any day. I have no idea how many times I have gotten PMs about how I bought a horse that was for someone else (when it says so in the notes). I don't buy them if I see it, but alot of times I don't even notice when I see something pretty. lol

There are a few current threads with horses offered up but not listed as for sale and "these are for "X". Is that OK?

If it is in a chat room, it's OK. The chat rooms were designed, originally, for private sales, for members with an upgrade.
