Help lost horses?

I bought 2 horses after I got my welcome gift. Thank you for that. That disappeared when I went to my other barn. I still have everything else, it's just like the save skipped. I wouldn't care about losing the animals, but I lost my hb too. Is there a way to see what happened so no one else misses out?

Horses don't vanish so you must have just misplaced them. What are the names of these horses? I see lots of them in your account.
