I was charged twice this and last month. can someone please point me in the direction so I can contact whom ever I need to so I can get my money back for the over payment

You will need to go to your PayPal account and then check out your subscriptions (list of pre-approved payments) to make sure that Hunt and Jump is only listed once.

You only get charged twice if you told Paypal to charge you twice your self. Just like the posters above said. Check your paypal account, and then send me a PM and I can help you out.
