I've bought 3 mares in last 2 days and for some reason I'm not being able to breed them, what am I missing?

have they already had a foal this season or are they not 4yrs old yet . Maybe

One of them yes (totally didn't check that before buying) the second one......not completely sure I still haven't quite figured this game out and only foal I can find for her is 4 years old.

It says she has had a foal this year allready If the foal was yummed it wont show up in the family tab as its no longer in the game but she has still been bred this seasonas it says in her page

i bred to her this year but i yummed the foal as it was not up to the standard i wanted, So on her front page it says foals this year one like your mare does but when you look under her family page it shows no living foals , It will reset to 0 foals this year when the new season starts

Performance, the 3rd line down from your mares name it tells you she's been bred once this year. If you look at your stallion pages it will also tell you how many mares they have covered. A stallion can cover 50 mares a season, but straws from that stallion don't count toward his total.

Thats ok the season ends soon so you will be able to breed to them in the new season

While I'm full of dumb questions tonight, is there a way to change my name permanently? Like my 'stable name' is Whiskey Creek Ranch, is there a way to get Performance Plus to Whiskey Creek Ranch as well or am I sol?

Left column under the Stable Management tab you can Change My Stable Name!

I think that you would have to merge the two stables into one, an expensive prospect in game money terms. Also, the larger of the two stables will have to absorb the smaller one, so that might make a difference. So it could be done if Whiskey Creek Ranch is the larger one.

To learn more about this, go to My IV Manager under Upgrades and Extras and check under IV shopping. It is the last option on the page.
