in the upcoming future , i will be looking for a nice stud for this mare

she is a foundation so the stud must be a foundation boy. i would prefer a Convo Heart boy for the simple fact that the horses themselves are pretty cute <3 but from what i saw , those may be hard to find. ahah. but anyway , i will also consider another SR boy if i dont find one of the CH's.

Hey storm! If the Convo Hearts all have frame, you don't want a convo heart stallion for her since homozygous frame is lethal in the foal. Just something to keep in mind so you don't get disappointed!

No don't spay her! Just find a different boy to breed to her. Pick up a PF from 13 or another special boy

I wouldn't spay her, I'd look for a nice stallion carrying white... that would make some stunning babies.

Or if you like roan, I have this nice wild bay dun stallion I'd sell.

Sorry Storm! I didn't mean to be unclear! I just have experienced (as many of the others have) the agony of breeding a favorite mare and having the foal die because it was a homozygous frame foal. Several times (sometimes I'm a slow learner).... Wanted to spare you that pain!

It's heartbreaking,Storm. Especially when you are using bought straws on rank special mares. Took me 3 times in one season to figure out what I was doing wrong. The Wet N Wild and Freaky Friday rank specials also have frame....that was my bugaboo!

I have 2 Wet N Wild stallions that go up for public stud after I breed my pastures! And I think the next Friday the 13th is in May (right before my birthday) so you'll get a chance at them then if Ammit does that again! We all hope she will....
