You can delete an 'old' account, or you can have up to 3 free accounts and as many upgraded accounts as you want. You will not be able to transfer horses to the new account unless you merge the two accounts (see purchase with game money link under upgrades)

I believe that is what she is saying. Speaking for myself, I would do all my experimenting in one practice account and then either upgrade that one when I felt comfortable I had mastered the game or create a new account to upgrade.

In this game, it is very easy to send horses that you no longer want to use to the auction and start over in the same account. Ammit has just made it possible even to change your user name. That costs some game or real money, but it can be done. You would also avoid losing all the cash assets in your account.

However, I'm not OCD about anything, so you may not want to follow my advice. *G*
