Hi y'all,

I've had a series of unfortunate events in the last week such that I will be taking a long or possibly permanent break from the game. This is frustrating to me as a I felt I was really making progress with my lines, but real life is going to require much more of my time, energy, effort and money in the foreseeable future.

If I owed you or had promised you a chance to look at purchasing horses, straws, breedings, anything, please PM me. I will generally be looking to sell horses outright rather than sending straws out.

If I currently own straws or eggs from horses you own, you can expect those to be returning to you. Please accept them. If you would prefer that I breed a foal for you, please contact me and I will make your required cross and sell you the foal.

If I own stock descending from your lines (particularly my A Papered gen 2 stallions and other Exclusive or LE gene carriers) I am now officially offering those animals back to the owners of the original lines. All such sales will be made at rock bottom prices. Please contact me. If you do not intend to buy your lines back they will be snipped and auctioned. Exceptions will only apply if the original breeder is no longer active in the game themselves.

If you have contacted me in the last week or so about adopting horses, I will be adding you to my Adoption buddy chat today along with an appropriate number of horses for every one to get 5. Please be respectful of your fellow players.

Entire show barns will be dumped into the auction. Enjoy.

All of my lines will begin to be liquidated starting Monday January 30 Australia Eastern Time. If you are interested in buying horses from me, please make your offers starting at that time. Offers made before that time that do not relate to the above categories will be deleted and ignored. No show horses will be available for private sale--they will all be auctioned. Large numbers of unproven mares without special genes will also be auctioned in the next week. Please note all of my intact mares have passed SMA and have been through all testing. All of my intact stallions have their comparison testing results on their home pages.

Horses carrying Exclusive genes are only available within the guidelines Ammit has set up for their sale. Horses carrying LE genes (Nexus, Ice 1 and 8) will only go to barns that already breed for these genes. Horses carrying most GMT only genes (KP, GP, Satin, W10) will mostly only be available to barns that already breed for these.

I will not respond to any comments made on this post. ALL sales will be made via PM and through my chat rooms. I intend to stop my Premium Subscription soon, at which point I will lose access to my chat rooms. At that time every single horse I still own will be snipped and put into the auction.

I think you can still type into chat rooms if you're not Premium, you just can't sell horses or put them up to breed.

Hi I didn't get to read all of this, but I'm sorry to know you are leaving. I would like to buy your homozygous Pearl stock as I am finding it hard to get them. :) I'll send the link to the horses I would like to buy in the next post.

This is so sad! :(( Cheers was one of the first members to ever help me out on this site. I'm with everyone else in hoping you can return soon. In the mean time I'll be doing a barn cull so I can pick up some of your horses (I know you won't read this or reply mostly stating for my own benefit to help me remember)

@Cheers Please really think hard about dumping all your stock. There is zero reason too. Remember you don't have to show your horses for them to keep earning you money, and the pasture system will keep making money all on it's own. I strongly recommend you leave things for a few months and THAN make any choices. There is no benefit to you to dumping and it will just take time and engery you don't have right now.

So sorry to see you go, but like I said, please don't go nuclear and destroy your barn for zero reason.

Sorry to see you have go. Hopefully, you will be able to do as Ammit suggested, and just let things run themselves for a while here in the game. I do hope you get things worked out in the real world soon, with as less stress as possible. Good luck Cheers with what ever you decide.

Thanks for the well wishes, y'all. I am reading comments but as stated in my original post, I am not selling horses through this thread. I am slowly working to contact people whose lines I own to sell them back to them. I am not selling my lines yet.

I appreciate the suggestions and hopes I will be back soon, but that seems unlikely. I would prefer that my bloodlines be appreciated, fruitfully multiplying after all the hard work I put into them, rather than sitting idle and dusty in an unused account. I do not mind the challenge of rebuilding from scratch if I ever do return again...and I am sure that if I return those players who will remember me will give me a helping hand. That's the lovely thing about this game and this Community.

Man Cheers I hate to see you leave, I really do. I truly hope that you return to us in time and I know that I for one ( and I know there will be others) that will be more than happy to help you rebuild your stables. I know what both Ammit and you (Cheers) mean. I think it'll be easier to come back to the game if you have a clean slate. :) A little spring cleaning never hurt anyone, right? At least you don't have to auction all of your show stock.

Cheers - your advice on the forums to myself and others has been invaluable. It has enabled me to avoid some rookie mistakes, though I am still making others. The adoption horses you provided me when I joined gave me a great boost. When you come back - if there is anything I can do to help, I will. I am hoping that everything works out well for you.

So sorry to hear. Thank you so much for the horses I've adopted from you and the ones I've purchased. I also totally get your decision to sell or auction your stock. If you aren't going to be on to use the horses why not let someone else enjoy them? Good luck with all your real life stuff!
