Only certain ice genes are restricted. I don't think 1 and 8 are. Plus, I don't know that there is any restriction against advertising even the Limited Edition (LE) genes, as long as you only sell to people who already have that gene.

No you straight up can not sell these horses. They are not closed genes, and you do not have to own a foundation to buy them (only the genes with official breeders clubs have that rule, and just owning an intact one is never enough for those genes. Foundations are required.) But ice and nexus can no longer be placed on the sales board period. Too many dirty sales. They can be sold in the public auction or in buddy chat by a premium member.

These horses will only be sold to people who already have that gene in their barn. Sorry, thought everyone knew that.
