Need opinions on these horses and what you'd all do with them! Thanks :)

This for a show horse?
OE Shout Out -
You have some lovely coloured horses there, however their quality isn't desirable as breeding stock, and would be hard to sell on.
My reasoning for this is due to uneven lines; eg. a foundation mare bred with a Generation 4 stallion.
This causes inconsistency in quality and more often than not ends up in spayed mares/geldings.
(Witton K is evenly bred, so at this stage I don't see why you need to geld him - lovely colour!)
To get colour, and quality, I would suggest getting some PF (Perfect Foundation) mares through the herd helpers, or I think I have a few unbred this season which I could sell to you, which possess 100% breeding and showing ability. I would find a RS (Rank Special) stallion up for public breeding that has some colour/patterns and is also an ExPro/ExPerf (Exceptional Producer/Exceptionally Perfect) RS.
Then, once the fillies of your foundation mares are 4 years old (in four months), you can find a 2nd Generation stallion with colour to breed them too. However, make sure you always free test your foals. This is through Mare Advice, Gelding Advice and the Showing Aptitude Test. That will tell you whether the horse is superior than their parents, and is a good horse to breed from.
Have a look at this list, to choose some Rank Specials that are ExPro/ExPerf and look them up for their colour and breeding price. To find the Rank Special, type their tattoo name (eg. The Diamond Age) into the tattoo name bar, and select 'breeding price' on the Basic Sort drop down tab, which will sort the horses in the cheapest breeding price to the most expensive.

Thank you @Sandy!
Also, I forgot to mention, I don't recommend breeding two horses with Frame together - this can result in 25% chance of a lethal white foal - which won't survive as it is homozygous lethal white. Frame expresses itself as 'O^lw'.
Freaky Friday's are the only horses who can be homozygous frame, hence them being 'freaky'. Breeding a FF with a horse with Frame makes it a 50% chance of a LW foal..
Example of Homz. Frame (Freaky Friday):
