Can anyone own a Gulastra Plume?
-
Hey, just wondering if I can buy or breed to a Gulastra Plume, as I do not own it? :-/
-
I think it's a restricted gene like KP you have to buy the gene with real money and put it on a foundation to own the gene and breed to other people's horses with that gene
-
You can gmt it on a horse for 5 gmt pre copy. It is not a restricted gene. I know a lot of people are picky about who gets it and prefer it to go into people who already own it. I'll wait for someone else to answer.Thanked by 1ConfluenceFarms

Nope, GP is not restricted. Like Wildland said it is in the GMT lab.
KP is also not a restricted gene. It, too, is in the GMT lab. -
Didn't know that. May just do that to. Why not it might be fun.
-
Remember, you need 2 copies for it to show. So, even though one GP is only 5 GMTs, you will need to spend 10 GMTs to actually SEE it.
-
Yep and it's the same with KP and snowflake I think
-
I don't think Snowflake is in the GMT lab, so not quite the same. But satin, Pearl, W8, KitM, Sabino 2, Sooty+ and KP are definitely all in the same club--if you have a foundation that meets the requirements (4 years old or younger with no living offspring), and can afford the GMT tokens, you can buy the genes anytime.
I think you have to have the basic upgrade to access the GMT lab too. -
Please note that Gulastra Plume can be carried by any color horse, but it only shows its effect on the tails of bay-based horses--bays, buckskins, amber champagnes (?).De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

Bay duns too
-
And it's any dominant Agouti gene--bay, wild bay and brown.

Awesome I may try this in a few months.
