spayed mares

if you purchase a spayed mare and feel it would have been a good breeder is there any way to unalter them?
-
No, you can only unalter a horse you bred yourself.Thanked by 1wendolyne

Adding to that, generally if they are spayed by the game they are not good breeders.Thanked by 1wendolyne

The only exception is if a horse is very inconsistent, sometimes breeding advice will spay/geld it even if it's a good breeder. Several people have had their best of pasture foals spayed/gelded by breeding advice due to inconsistency.Thanked by 1wendolyne

Also lots of breeders will spay breeding stock before placing the horse in the auction to prevent out of house breeding.Thanked by 1wendolyne
