If anyone is interested, there is a True Grullo Splash Tobiano stallion in the foundation rescue right now, so he is perfect foundation quality.
@Skylight, I know you wanted small and light for true grullo splash tobi mares so if you want a matching stallion this boy might be something you'd be interested in. He's extremely light boned for a foundation at 0.76 and he's pretty short. Not a pony, but he's only 15.2
