Going through your herd the first thing that really stands out to me is that you don't really have very many show ponies? It seems you just have the one baby. To be honest, to get your herd to really grow you're going to need earners and gelded/spayed horses will give you a massive boost in that section :)
You also don't really have many if any horses in the pasture either. I'd probably choose what you're going for and pop those mares in the pasture to accumulate pasture bonus to have the chance to throw nicer foals than usual. Being in pasture and getting the pasture bonus (30+ days in) means they're more likely to produce foals of the better end of their breeding ability.
Stallions;
These two without a doubt are your best two boys;
Exceptionally manly
Alaskan milestone
The first one is a really nice stallion, good paper test score, consistent and also being an ex-pro (exceptional producing) gives him a good boost. As with your second boy he's a nice paper for his generation along with a nice pt test. To be honest, what would have made him even better would be being consistent but it's not really a deal breaker for most people.
Mares:
You've got some really good gems of mares in your herd. Looking through them the only one that stands out as a really weak mare would be this girl;
Grey hailstorm
I would probably spay this one and pop her towards a show herd. She's doing pretty OK in shows but I think being a spay would give her a better boost and earn more points which will give you a better daily show bonus. The reason why I think she should be a spay is since she's about the same quality as her mom and her mom could probably have better babies than her. She's not bad, but I just think she would be a better show pony than a breeder.#4519 -
I'm going to second Bourbon re: show ponies. You only have the 1 baby, and none of your breeding stock have over 200 points. Getting more show points means a bigger show bonus every day which is your source of income. You can definitely just show all your breeding stock, but spayed and gelded horses tend to be fairly cheap if you buy them young with good PTs so I'd try to pick up at least a few each season to grow your show bonus over time.

And I actually did do a mass sell-off of a lot of spayed mares and geldings from this year's foaling... Just in the last hours of posting that I've been reading through a lot of the forums and the Boost that you speak of have finally made sense... Still much to grasp

Don't you worry @ladywade ! There's still so much I'm learning too, it's a lot to take in but you'll find your own way sure enough. :)#4519
