ISO A Project Mare

I have always bred horses with a focus of breeding ability but I wonder if I got a mare with really high PT and bred her to a stallion with really high PT if over the years she would create a nice little show string for me. So I'll give this a shot. Im looking for a mare with the following requirements ...
Warmblood
PT of 11 or higher
Between the ages of 3-8 yrs
(I will pay more if she has no living foals with a PT score lower then 11)
I have a LOT of hbs so I will pay very well for this mare. Show me what you got :)

Just as an FYI, PT has nothing to do with breeding ability so a horse having a high PT says nothing about whether it'll make babies with similarly high PTs.

I have this mare she is uneven just saying and has no living foals but she's decent. I like her but as she's uneven and I have a ton of show horses at it is I don't think I'd be using her much
