Since she is a "Create A Horse" horse and she only has 9.8, I am willing to do 2,750hbs. Is that enough?

I have these tobi guys for sale atm. Some of them are het KP (should say in their name) so they have a higher price tag. There are some foundation mares in there as well and all of them have been through BA, Papering and PT testing :)

DP Kamikaze II

She is the only one I have available atm. I don't know how much you care about generation at this point, but she's 2g and only papered yellow. She does carry pearl, though.

Looks like you could do with more mares really. When you are starting out 1 or 2 stallions is all you need but you need lots of mares - the auction has lots of lovely black, bay and grullo splash tobianos - only cost you 2.6k each and there are some good ones in rainTree's search.
