Appy mare turned all white again
-
Hey Ammit this mare turned all white again her stripes are gone
Beautiful Brindle G1 -
My guess would be her image was rerolled. And didn't Ammit say her stripes were caused by the interaction between brindle and her coat, not appy spots? So if you reroll, you should be able to get it again.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.

I did not re roll it it turned white by its self
I'm tired of having to re roll my horses every month because their appy whites them out it's really frustrating it is getting expensive. She is only 5 she should not be all white -
All Appys white out at different ages.
Pale Mesh g T Ap 10 B2
Granted he is grey but you should be able to see some spots.
He is 8 and he whited out. -
But Ammit just changed the appy gene last month so it does not white out so fast
-
No, Ammit changed it so that spots are more likely to be kept, not so 100% of horses will keep their spots for longer.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.

Ok that's weird so only some horses keep their color for longer and some don't? It's the same as before the update
-
Gray horses get gray and then white at different speeds, and appaloosas varnish to white at different speeds as well. It's one of those random things built into the game to make it more lifelike.
The only way to prevent this from happening is to keep those two genes out of your herd entirely.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

There is a bug with brindle and appy. I spent a lot of time trying to fix it. I have no idea why leopard and near leopard appies lose their brindle stripes with age.
