I just merged my account cherokee86 with this one. I was expecting that to help me get going on a few projects, but after I merged I figured out that I had way more horses in that account that I thought. Now I'm super jammed up, I tried to go through my horses once again to see what I could get rid of, but I just snipped, auctioned & sold a ton of low quality ones so now I'm left with some show horses with good pt levels and breeders that I simply don't want to get rid of. I don't have a ton of good breeders right now - I feel pretty short on good stock. My showing bonus is now at 8k, but I'm not really sure where to go from here. I'd like to have some hbs saved up for the holidays, but I desperately need more barns. Just feeling really stuck. :( Maybe I should take a break for a little bit and let my account build up. I have a couple of rank specials I could sell if I have to, though only if it comes down to that. What do you guys think I should do?

Do you have a direction for color that you want to go toward? If so then alter the horses that won't help with that project. I to am going through my studs and seeing who I can alter and use in my show herd. You could save up and not play for a few days just show your horses. Let your show bonus accumulate over a week and see where that gets you.

If you have any room at all, you can create mares, breed them in pasture, clear the pasture and auction the mares and foals. If you do this you spend 3000hbs per mare/foal pair and make 5000 minimum hbs (assuming you do no testing or only free testing) from the Auction Buyer. Even if you only have room/funds to make 10 mares, that's potentially a 60k profit per week (3 auction cycles). That basically doubles your weekly show bonus and would help you save up for new barns more quickly....

I 2nd Cheers idea. That method works very well. Although if you don't have any space at all then I would put all your mares up for brood. 1000 for basic create, then add to that amount accordingly.
